How I work

From idea to launch

Five connected phases, one developer. The person who plans your pages is the person who builds them, tests them and puts them live — nothing gets lost in a handoff.

Phases

You receive
Something concrete, every phase
  1. 01

    Understand

Understand the goal before touching pixels

Every project starts with questions, not templates. What should the website achieve, who will use it, what should a visitor do on each page — and is there a design, an API or existing content to build on?

Your answers become a concrete plan: the list of pages, the main action on each one, the data each screen needs and a realistic timeline.

    You receive

    • Goals & audience brief
    • Page list + main actions
    • Data & API needs
    • Realistic timeline
  2. 02

    Design

    Layouts planned mobile-first

If you have a Figma design, I study it the way a builder reads a blueprint — finding every repeating piece that should become a component, and every state the picture doesn't show.

If you don't, we shape a clean layout together around your brand. Either way, every page is planned for phones first, with one clear action, and you review real layouts before any code.

    You receive

    • Component inventory
    • Responsive layouts
    • Interaction states
    • Approved structure
  3. 03

    Develop

    Clean, typed, reusable code

For applications and stores I build with React, Next.js and TypeScript, styled with Tailwind CSS — my core stack. For simpler pages, lighter HTML, CSS, JavaScript or Bootstrap can be the better tool, and I'll say so.

Components are built once and reused everywhere, data from your API arrives with proper loading and error handling, and forms explain mistakes in plain words. You follow progress on a live preview link.

    You receive

    • React / Next.js build
    • Reusable components
    • API integration
    • Live preview link
  4. 04

    Test

Checked on real screens, before launch

Before anything goes live, the site is compared side by side with the design and tested on real phones and different browsers — including long text, empty lists, slow connections and failed requests.

Images are sized and compressed, unused code removed, and speed measured with Lighthouse, so fast is something we check, not something we hope for.

    You receive

    • Cross-device testing
    • Edge cases covered
    • Optimized images & assets
    • Lighthouse report
  5. 05

    Launch

    Live, documented, and yours

I deploy to Vercel or GitHub Pages and connect your domain with SSL. The code lives in a GitHub repository you own, so the project is never locked to me.

You get a walkthrough of how everything fits together and how to make simple changes — and I stay available for questions and improvements after launch.

    You receive

    • Vercel / GitHub Pages deploy
    • Domain + SSL
    • Code in your GitHub
    • Handover walkthrough
