01 / The short version
I fell for the front end because it's where the work meets people: the screen someone taps, the form they fill in, the page that either makes sense in a second or doesn't.
I'm from Gaza, Palestine, and I work remotely from Egypt. I'm in my final year of Software Engineering at Palestine University, where I've studied software architecture, design patterns, quality assurance and web development — the foundations that keep a project organised as it grows.
Alongside university I've built real projects end to end: FreshCart, a complete Next.js store with accounts, a synced cart and checkout; Adasa, an Arabic blog laid out right-to-left in React; and dashboards like Wanderlust and Cosmos that turn several live APIs into one clear interface.
Arabic is my native language and my written English is strong, so I'm comfortable building for both — and making sure the Arabic version feels native, not translated. I'm open to freelance projects and remote front-end roles.
